Lead the Estimating Department to oversee and refine the company's cost estimation and project pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals. Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in estimation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of estimation software and cost simulation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret complex technical and financial information
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices
