Who are we looking for: A Strategic Digital Account Manager.
What will you do:
• Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
• Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met on time and within budget
• Develop project briefs, timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities
• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (across various digital channels, etc.)
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on market insights, trends and data
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign concepts and deliverables meet client expectations
• Coordinate with agency teams to optimise campaign performance
• Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating project updates, results and future opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
What will you need:
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or project management role in a digital agency
• Experience in managing large-scale integrated campaign
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong understanding of digital marketing
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.)
• A passion for client success and delivering exceptional work
