Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification. Minimum 5 years project management experience in the Retail sector, essential. Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Strong leadership and communication skills. Occasional national travel required. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Lead for projects in the Retail Systems department. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Apply appropriate project management methodologies in the management of projects. Ensure projects are managed in accordance with PMO processes and principles. Plan, execute, monitor, and report on projects. Timeous delivery of project deliverables. Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of projects with diverse scope. Work with the project stakeholders for the execution of the project charter outlining goals, budget, timing, deliverables, project scope, and required resources. Complete work breakdown structure. Prepare and provide a project schedule to all participants to identify the commencement of their tasks. Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained and ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders. Resolve issues and problems throughout the project cycle. Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project stakeholders. Track resources and assure deliverables are met. Meet on-time and on-budget project goals and participate in the identification of and planning for future resource needs. Ensure all project resources are fully utilised. Maintain control of projects. Mature current Agile environment. Manage diverse stakeholders, including internal & external local & international stakeholders.
