Description:
Minimum requirements:Grade 12 and any Food Safety qualifications would be an advantage Must have own transport and valid drivers license Computer literate Fluent in English and African language Experience with the following: Supervising and coordinating the activities of factory staff Ensuring adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Inspecting raw materials and equipment to ensure their quality and functionality Scheduling regular maintenance and cleaning of production equipment Implementing production schedules to meet demand and minimize waste Training employees on proper food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to improve efficiency
Maintaining records of production quantities, ingredient usage, and waste to monitor costs Investigating and resolving any issues that arise in the production process Working closely with other departments, such as procurement and distribution, to ensure a smooth operation
