Minimum Requirements :
Completed Matric. 2 Years experience within a sports apparel retail store. exceptional sales acumen. Passion for all things sports. Maintain an active lifestyle(gyming,running,hiking,outdoor sports). Personal Attributes:

Adaptable and Resilient: Able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment and adapt to changing priorities. Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and offering personalised product recommendations, ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in sports apparel, footwear, and accessories, providing detailed product knowledge to customers and the sales team. Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate junior sales associates, offering guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance and customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, products are displayed attractively, and inventory levels are monitored. Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are displayed in a way that encourages sales.
