Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an exquisite pastry menu, ensuring variety and innovation. Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and artisanal baked goods. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create seasonal offerings. Oversee ingredient selection, ensuring only the finest products are used. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry section. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring hygiene and quality control.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end patisserie. Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating styles. A strong eye for detail and a passion for elevated presentation. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and creativity. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
