Required Skills & QualificationsQualified Millwright or relevant electrical/mechanical trade certification. Hands-on experience with AC motors (mechanical and electrical). Knowledge of VSDs is an advantage. Strong time management and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle workshop challenges effectively. Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
