Description:
Oversee general ledger, debtors, creditors, and cashbook functions
Process financial transactions up to trial balance level
Reconcile and manage intercompany loan accounts on a monthly basis
Monitor cash flow and process payments via FNB banking platform
Prepare and post monthly accrual journals
Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting
Manage invoicing, receipts, and account reconciliations
Ensure accurate SARS VAT submissions and compliance
General office administration and bookkeeping duties
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 12 years in a similar position
MDA PropSys experience is essential
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Sage
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Experience handling multiple entities within a group
High level of professionalism and integrity
Qualification:
A Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification is required
