What You Bring:
- â??ï¸ 5+ years experience in data science, specializing in business intelligence, analytics, or operational decision-making.
- â??ï¸ Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and expertise in data visualization tools.
- â??ï¸ Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar).
- â??ï¸ Strong foundation in statistical analysis & machine learning methodologies.
- â??ï¸ Leadership experience or a strong desire to build and manage a data science team.
- â??ï¸ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
- â Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.
- â Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
- â Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Looker).
- â Hands-on experience with A/B testing & experimentation frameworks.
