As the Group Finance Manager, you will oversee the Group finance function with a focus on Group reporting and consolidations. This is an in-office position with working hours from 08:00 to 17:30, providing a structured and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Management:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business finance function. Lead the development and execution of financial strategies. Group Reporting and Consolidations:
Manage all aspects of Group financial reporting and consolidations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards. Audit and Budgeting:
Oversee the Group audit process and manage budgeting and forecasting activities. Drive efficiency and financial discipline across the organization. Leadership and Staff Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage finance teams to achieve performance excellence. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
CA(SA) / Chartered Accountant accreditation is essential. 5+ years of post-articles experience is essential. Experience in forex and multiple foreign currencies is essential Background in financial services or retail is preferred
