As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing full financial function including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Preparing monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
• Managing cost control and profitability analysis across departments.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
• Liaising with external auditors, banks, and service providers.
• Providing strategic financial advice to hotel management and ownership.

Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom or BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of financial management experience.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry (non-negotiable).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
