RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
- Implement a filing system to ensure access to documentation per section of operations.
- Keep up to date administrative records of vehicles, corporate clothing and insurance claims.
- Organise and prepare meetings and events.
- Provide Operations support and documentation support for Processing Manager.
- Keen knowledge with Google Drive and Excel.
- Loading data onto Google Drive.
- Pulling Reports from Google Drive.
- Updating Stock Systems.
- Uploading documents to Authenticated folder.
- Possible interaction with Suppliers.
- Liaison with logistics teams.
- Organizing of Documentation required for export of Pecans.
2. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
- Assist the Occupation Health & Safety Manager in ensuring compliance to relevant requirements and thereby creating a safe space.
- Implement corrective actions where needs exist.
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Min: Matric.
Ideal: Certificate in Administration.
Legal Requirements:
Min: Valid Driver’s License.
Training:
Min: On the job training.
Ideal: Occupational Health & Safety.
Experience:
Administrative Experience 2-3 Years.
Computer Skills on Word & Excel Microsoft Access and Google Drive.
