Admin Assistant (Grade 6) Student Services and Development Sports Administration (Health Suite)
Student Services and Development, Sports Administration invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.
Main Objectives
To provide an effective and efficient secretarial, administrative and organizing service to the Health Suite.
The Requirements
Grade 12 plus approximately 2 years’ relevant experience where such experience includes: -
- Previous administrative experience within a computerised administrative environment where the planning of day-to-day work and prioritising work were key responsibilities.
- Previous experience in organising conferences, workshops and/or seminars will be an advantage.
- Candidates that have worked in Sports Administration will also be at an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence is required. Candidates that are not in possession of a valid driver’s licence will be expected to obtain one during their probation period. The Institution will be responsible for the costs involved in the first attempt of obtaining a driver’s licence. If you do not pass on your first attempt then any further costs are for your own account. Failure to obtain a valid driver’s licence will mean that your employment cannot be confirmed as this is a job requirement.

Remuneration per annum (Grade 6):
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R 201 117.00
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R 288 930.00
