Lease Administration:* Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.* Track important lease dates (rent reviews, expirations, escalations, etc.).* Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.Project Coordination:* Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.* Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.* Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.Financial & Administrative Support:* Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.* Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.* Prepare reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.* Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.Compliance & Risk ManagCompliance & Risk Management:* Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects.* Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues.* Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.SKILLS
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
EXPERIENCE
2 -3 Years experience in lease administration, property management, or project coordination is preferred.
