BI - Data Scientist - AI Machine Learning Are you a data-driven innovator with a passion for business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning? We’re looking for a Data Science Lead to drive strategic initiatives, build models from scratch, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-centric environment. What You’ll Do:- Develop and implement cutting-edge business intelligence models to drive decision-making.
- Use Python and machine learning to analyze large datasets and optimize performance.
- Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights.
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.
- Present complex data insights in a clear and actionable way for senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Strong Python skills, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar databases.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Proven ability to build and scale data functions from the ground up.
- Strong leadership skills or a desire to build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in credit risk modeling, financial analytics, or alternative credit scoring.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- A/B testing and experimentation framework experience.
