Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private gatherings. Lead and manage event teams, including coordinators, service staff, and external vendors. Maintain and enhance the venues reputation for luxury and excellence. Ensure all events run smoothly, meeting and exceeding client expectations. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize bookings and revenue. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery. Handle VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals with discretion and professionalism. Monitor budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets for the events division. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in event management at a luxury venue, five-star hotel, or premium hospitality setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to perform under pressure. Outstanding communication and client service skills. Knowledge of event logistics, catering operations, and high-end hospitality standards. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday events as required.
