Transfers Conveyancing Secretary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to join a dynamic legal team that specializes in providing support to attorneys, notaries, and conveyancers.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high-volume workload across multiple files while maintaining a high standard of service. The primary focus will be on residential and commercial conveyancing. You will serve as a key point of contact for queries, providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team, and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties as needed.
Minimum Requirements/Criteria:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar conveyancing role (Junior) and 5+ years for a Senior role Ability to manage a high volume of files (30 for Junior and 60+ for Senior) South African citizen Matric (non-negotiable) Proficient in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 (non-negotiable) A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage Excellent command of both Afrikaans and English, written and verbal, is required
