Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Manage and support regional sales teams to achieve targets. Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality control. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Industry experience in manufacturing, storage solutions, or similar fields is a plus. Ability to work independently and drive business success.
