Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal
project team
Report to the Senior Project Manager on a weekly basis on project updates,
risks, challenges and requests from clients
Manage communication and monthly reports sent to the clients
Track the status of projects against schedules and milestones set out
Audit client feedback reports to review the accuracy thereof and ensure
reports are sent out regularly
Ensure that a high level of service delivery is provided to clients in a timely
manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and manage complaints
to maintain trust
Liaise with functional support teams and adhere to project deliverables
Build and maintain relationships with the host sites learners and clients
through regular contact
Conduct visits to monitor that the training is on schedule, Portfolios of
Evidence (POEs) are up to date, learners are attending training sessions
and that the workplace is adequate
Coordinate and ensure that the learner absorption process is done efficiently
and timeously
Adhere to the Companys Quality Management System (QMS) and the
Companys policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 7 to 8 years of experience in a similar industry and / or role
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Advanced)
- NQF level 7 qualification in project management or a similar Field would be an added advantage
- Working hours: 08h00 to 16h30 Mon to Fri
- Overtime as and when required
