Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Technical Services Technician to join their dynamic team in East London. The successful candidate has to ensure that all equipment is running and maintained in the facility and to be involved and participate in the company's activities. This role requires a hands-on problem solver with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Job Responsibilities: Ensure availability of equipment at all times. Ensure preventative maintenance activities are up to date Manage breakdowns on shift Must be able to work shifts On stand by at intervals, own transport essential When needed weekend work is available Shutdown maintenance availability Be a suitable role model for our apprentices on site Understand customer specific requirements Adhere to SHE standards of the plant Assist and intervene in any process that is not producing quality products as set down by specifications and procedures Job Requirements: Technical qualification e.g. millwright etc. The candidate should have 8 to 10 years experience in a technical / maintenance environment. Robotics experience (FANUC experience advantageous) SECTOR: Automotive
