RequirementsProven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of relevant safety legislation and regulations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate employees to adopt safe work practices Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills Ability to develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions Computer literacy, with experience using MS Teams Ability to mentor and train junior staff Hands-on experience in developing work instructions, conducting safety audits, and investigating incidents Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety requirements legal appointments, safety committees, monitoring, auditing, reporting and dealing with IODs
