Description:
The Receptionist Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our customer service functions. You will be the go-to point for managing customer queries, account/billing administration, and handling both supplier and customer administration tasks. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you will be able to make a direct impact on the customer experience by providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with general inquiries, account issues, and service-related queries via phone, email, and chat.
· Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate information is recorded and updated in the system.
· Process and resolve billing issues, including refunds, billing adjustments, and payment inquiries.
· Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage service-related requests, contracts, and disputes.
· Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks including managing reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, and Finance) to resolve customer and supplier issues promptly and effectively.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Key Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the telecoms or tech industry.
· Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
· Experience with account management, billing processes, and supplier/customer administration.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with telecoms billing systems is a plus).
· A proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
