Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and clerical support. The applicant will be required to work from Kenilworth Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
· Maintain and organize office files, records
· Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
· Support staff with general administrative tasks
· Content management of online databases
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – good formatting and editing skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
