Description:
1. Provide administrative assistance to the Packaging Sales Manager, including preparing of sales reports for production planning, updating CRM records, and coordinating and indexing of packaging product offerings.
2. Offer technical guidance and product information to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
3. Process and manage sales orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
4. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and communicating product offerings and services.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to support sales strategies and business decisions.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, driving changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, Production and procurement to ensure alignment and effective communication
This position operates from Head Office based in Alrode.
Requirements:
- Syspro: 5 to 6 years
- Internal Sales Experience: 5 to 6 years
- Microsoft Business Package : 5 to 6 years
Education: Grade 12 or Equivalent
Qualifications: N6 Diploma in Engineering studies preferrable majoring in Technical Drawings
Experience: +5 years working experience in sales administration, technical support preferably in a B2B. External sales experience will be an advantage.
Other: Motivated and disciplined individual, able to work with a minimum supervision. Technically inclined to do problem solving and site surveys.
