Overview:
- Responsibility for or joint responsibility for projects in coordination with the client in the context of setting up, redesigning or optimising service units or service processes (planning, coordination, implementation, documentation of projects in coordination with those responsible such as quality management, operations management, training management, IT management, etc.)
- In particular, project responsibility for the integration of self-service processes with follow-up processes in the service teams
- Development and presentation of results for internal and external stakeholders
- Technical responsibility for the project team
Education and experience
- Degree or at least completed training with corresponding qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in a similar position in customer service
Technical skills:
- Project management in the customer service environment
- MS Office package incl. MS Viso / MS Project
- All types of contact centre tools
- Artificial intelligence in customer service
- Experience in standardising/optimising processes
- Leadership experience
- A high degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel (also to foreign countries)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
