Draught Technician

Reports to Technical Manager
Job Purpose:
The role is firstly responsible for the sanitation and maintenance of draught equipment. The role is secondly responsible to attend to call outs within SLA timeframes.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
The main tasks and responsibilities associated with the position are listed below. This is not an exhaustive list of tasks and responsibilities and any other tasks and/or responsibilities that could be reasonably expected for the position may be required.
Key Performance Areas:
Maintain and sanitize draught equipment:
1. Sanitation of draught equipment at outlets within a designated area.
2. Continuous maintenance and general upkeep of draught equipment to maintain stringent quality levels in trade, as well as to reduce downtime and prevent callouts.
3. Attend to callouts when on standby with in SLA requirements.
4. Deliver glassware. Quality of 95% achieved. Minimum car stock variance. Jobs closed daily.
Management of car stock:
1. Manage car stock to ensure minimum variances and enough stock to deliver quality service.
2. Submit stock orders timeously.
3. Ensure all administrative documents are completed when stock is return and/or given to team member. Minimal stock variance.
Ensure administrative documentation are upkept:
1. Submission of job cards daily
2. Update outlet record boards with in the prescribe manner.
3. Ensure that vehicle inspection is done once a week and submitted to the Operations Administrators.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Relevant Qualifications.
2. Technical experience i.e. refrigeration/electrical/mechanical.
3. Valid Driver’s License.
4. Customer service experience.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
1. Good knowledge of operational geographical area of operation
2. Excellent knowledge of dispense equipment.
3. Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Deadline orientated
7. Interpersonal relationships.
