Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound calls from customers, providing accurate information and assistance

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Achieve individual and team targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators

Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping

Assist with outbound calls for follow-up or service-related purposes
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - at least 6 months experience

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in using computers and call center software
