We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our Africa recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top professionals across various industries in Africa. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Africa.
- Identify, attract, and screen top talent for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring needs in Africa.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, headhunting, and database management.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or sales.
- Experience recruiting for the African market is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
- Excellent networking and business development skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
