Trainers and sales coaches to guide you to our standards, upon training:
- Uncapped commission
- No claw backs
- Get paid from sale one.
- Bonuses per week
- Get paid weekly, averages per week (R1800.00 – R6500.00) upon meeting and exceeding target
- You still get paid per sale even if you are not on target.
- R160 per sale
- 60% of target reached R800 developmental incentive
- 100% of target met R1000 developmental incentive
- Full paid training
- On the job training everyday
If you are awarded a permanent position with UDM International you will receive a monthly salary= basic + uncapped commission + no clawbacks.
Our average salary currently is R27 535.00 per month.
Training hours :
· Monday-Thursday: 07:30-15:30
· Friday: 07:30-14:30 (you get an hour off earlier)

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- South African Citizen
- No criminal records
- Money hungry
- Ability to work under pressure.
