Our client is a niche marketing agency with a focus on marketing services for demolition, land clearing, and excavation companies in the United States. The agency specializes in Facebook and Google Ads , utilizing a proprietary blueprint strategy developed over several years. The company is fully remote , with a young and dynamic team.

As the Paid Media Specialist , you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and strategizing digital advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Facebook Ads . The goal is to generate high-quality leads for clients while ensuring client retention through continuous performance monitoring, consultation, and campaign improvements.

The position is ideal for someone highly skilled in PPC advertising , automation , and sales funnel creation , with a results-driven approach.

Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)
Proven lead generation and client retention track record
Experience with automation tools
Sales funnel development experience (using GoHighLevel CRM)
Strong ability to analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Experience:
Remote work experience with the ability to work independently
Experience with US-based clients in service-based industries
Experience in client consultation & reporting for advertising performance
A strong understanding of retargeting strategies

Responsibilities :

Paid Advertising Campaign Management
Plan, create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads & Facebook Ads
Design ad creatives, write compelling ad copy, and select audience targeting for maximum lead generation
Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to improve performance
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data insights
Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to increase lead conversion

Client Communication & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their ad campaigns
Schedule & conduct regular performance reviews with clients
Provide clear, data-driven reports explaining ad performance and suggesting improvements
Gather client feedback and adjust campaigns accordingly

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Implement lead capture strategies to attract high-intent prospects
Optimize landing pages and sales funnels for better conversion rates
Align ad campaigns with automated follow-up sequences to improve lead conversion

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on campaign success and areas for improvement
Identify trends and opportunities to scale ad performance

Budget Management & Cost Control
Ensure efficient ad spend allocation to maximize ROI
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining lead quality
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend budgets

Continuous Optimization & Industry Research
Stay up-to-date with Facebook & Google Ads algorithm changes and advertising trends
Test and implement new ad strategies for ongoing improvement
Research competitors and industry leaders to ensure campaigns remain competitive
