Description:
We are looking for a Regional Admin Support Officer at our Midstream Branch who oversees administrativeprocesses related to licensing, registration, financial transactions, and customer support. This
role requires strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing debtors, refunds, licensing
packs, and other administrative duties. Working closely with Regional F&I Managers, they
ensure compliance, maintain and streamline operations for seamless administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Debtors & Other Administration:
- Follow up on and drive outstanding debtors.
- Reconcile financial records and escalate unresolved accounts.
- Assist with admin queries from stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on outstanding licensing and registration packs.
- Process and resolve rejected licensing and registration packs.
- Manage admin marks related to licensing and registration.
- Handle refunds related to licensing and registration, deposits and other.
- Assist with following up and driving compliance.
- Respond to CRM queries regarding refunds, licensing, and registration.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
- Experience in handling financial documents and customer queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the motor industry, finance, or insurance sector.
- Knowledge of licensing and registration processes.
