Echo Project is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Social Media Content Scheduler to assist with planning and scheduling posts across various social media platforms. This role does not require content creation but focuses on ensuring posts go out on time and in alignment with our content calendar. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable using social media scheduling tools.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule social media posts across platforms
• Ensure posts are published on time according to the content calendar.
• Double-check post captions, hashtags, and links for accuracy before scheduling.
• Organize and track scheduled content to ensure consistency and avoid duplication.
• Communicate with the marketing/content team to confirm scheduling priorities.
• Monitor scheduled posts for any issues (e.g., failed uploads) and troubleshoot as needed.
Requirements:
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and their scheduling features.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured content calendar.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple posts across different platforms.
• Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
• Experience using social media scheduling tools (training can be provided).
• Understanding of basic social media best practices.
• Previous experience managing or assisting with social media accounts.
