- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and objectives
- Crafting comprehensive business cases to support decision-making processes
- Gather and interpret data, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Build and maintain complex financial models for various scenarios
- Analyse financial statements and market trends to prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts
- Conduct risk assessments on financial proposals and investments
- Assist in formulation of strategic and operational plans based on analysis
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Contribute to project plans and track progress
- Support change management efforts
Education Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant field required
Job Requirements and Skills:
- 4 to 5 years' experience within a financial and business analysis role essential
- Proven experience in building financial and business models from scratch
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working with analytical tools
- Ability to interpret requirements and business rules and system analysis, design, development and implementation
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong analytical and quantitive skills
- Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of organizational success
- Core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
