Job Requirements:
Original ID Document - No certified copies will be accepted South African Bank Account (we do not accept 3rd party bank accounts) Tax Number Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent Bachelors Degree (Min. 1st year Completed/ in Progress) Clear Credit and Criminal record Computer literate Minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service space Excellent customer service skills Excellent command and use of English, both written and Verbal Attention to detail Strong analytical and numeric skills Able to navigate through various systems at once Good attendance and performance record Reliable transport to Umhlanga Ability to bring insight Maintain a high performance Vaccinated against Covid19Duties Include:
Handling customer inquiries via email and telephonically Proactively identify issues and problems before arising Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures Providing world class customer service Working with various parts of the business to resolve issuesWorking Hours- 09H00-21H00 (ROTATIONAL SHIFTS) (SUBJECT TO UK CLOCKCHANGE) (MON-FRI) / ALTERNATE SATURDAYS
*Candidates could be required to complete assessments for this role & may be required to come on site a maximum of twice throughout our recruitment process.
Candidates should be available to start work by 28th February 2022.
