Develop learning processes that supports CXP strategic priorities (eg. Bursaries, Learnerships, etc.) Create a new Advisor and BAU learning experience that drives speed to competence Support the culture of continuous learning (Eg. culture and strategic analysis related items) Lead, coach and develop the Learning and Development teamRequirements:
3-5 years experience as a Learning and Development Leader Relevant learning and development qualification Assessor, Moderator and/or content development Experience with e-learning platforms and practices Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Bachelor of Social Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Psychology, Education or a related field Professional certification (e.g. SETA)Responsibilities:
Create and execute learning strategies and programs Evaluate individual and organizational development needs Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Help leaders develop their team members through career pathing
