Minimum requirements:Tertiary degree or diploma in social sciences, agriculture, business, law or other relevant qualification High level of computer literacy Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken and written competency Experience in business management would be beneficial Experience and/or interest in sustainable agriculture/fair trade/CSR/certification would be beneficial Team player, dynamic, confident, self-learner and organized to the point of perfection Duties:
Manage client communication and files for CSR/Fair Trade and Sustainable Agriculture related standards Monitor and ensure smooth certification flow for all client files in accordance with applicable guidelines Sales and Client support - attending to applications, basic questions as well as technical inquiries related to dedicated schemes (in particular FFL/FL, UEBT and ROC) Follow-up and evaluation of non-compliance resolution after audits Client acquisitions as well as preparing and issuing renewal quotations Other additional tasks from time to time as required by the E&S Division Manager Consultant: Marezel Kotze - Dante Personnel Cape Town
