Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Current Business: Ensure existing client portfolios are managed efficiently and accurately. Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain clients by delivering excellent service and solutions. Quotations: Prepare and manage quotations for new and existing clients. Renewal Processing: Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction. Policy Endorsements: Process amendments to policies as required by clients or insurers. Liaison with Insurers: Communicate and negotiate effectively with various insurance providers to meet client needs. Underwriting: Assess and manage risks effectively, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure minimal exposure for clients and the company. Attributes and Skills:
