Software & End-User Support – Cape Town
Salary; R 15 000.00pm
Intro:
Are you passionate about IT support and helping others? My client seeks a Software & End-User Support Specialist in Cape Town (with occasional travel to Stellenbosch). The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicative, organized, and proactive, able to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
What You'll Do:
Ø Provide end-user IT software support
Ø Respond to support requests via email, helpdesk system, and phone
Ø Maintain and publish supporting documentation on IT systems
Ø Deliver basic software training (MS Office, iManage, CMS)
Ø Assist with MS Office, iManage/Worksite, and other application queries
Ø Ensure compliance with company and legal IT standards
Ø Support meeting room and Teams connections (Calendar management)
Ø Provide IT software support at our Cape Town & Stellenbosch offices, with occasional remote support for other locations
Requirements:
What You Need:
Ø Grade 12 qualification
Ø 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
Ø Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and MS Office (Word, Excel - Intermediate level)
Ø Experience assisting end users with software-related issues
Ø Previous training experience is an advantage
Ø Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ø Knowledge of iManage/Filesite is a plus
Ø Vehicle and valid licence- can discuss.
