We are looking for a Head Chef and Sous Chefs to start in Stellenbosch Central urgently
Please look at the requirements :
At least 2 years experience as a chef in your specific position
Must have qualifications that can be provided on request
Must have stock taking experience
Must have plating experience
Must be fluent in english
Contactable references is very important as we check up
Own transport to work is important
Able to work day or night shifts
Head Chef must be able to do staff Shifts and training
Head Chef must be able to do costings
Must be available to start within 2 weeks of interview
You will be joining our other chefs BOH at our busy restaurant working shifts with each having off days weekly.
Your salary will be market related and based on your experience R 15 000 to R 18 000 for Sous Chef // Head Chef R 18 000 to R 26 000
