Description:
Duties:Accounting / bookkeeping duties.
Reconciling orders & deliveries
Reconciling tips
Checking cash ups
Finding and reporting discrepancies
General admin assistance
Financial duties, including cash-ups, capturing invoices and balancing invoice totals.
Payments
Filing of invoices and all paperwork relating to admin.
Emailing suppliers for invoices, statements and credit notes.
Month end and stocktake related administration.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
Strong financial & administrative skills
Previous admin assistant experience in a restaurant / hospitality setting essential
Strong computer skills drop box, emails, spreadsheets, drawing up invoices, stock lists etc
Highly organised individual that can use common sense and think on their feet.
Must be flexible to work some extra hours if needed.
Must be able to work under pressure.
