Description:
This role works as part of a team to offer support skills, business insights, and solution expertise for the Finance Business applications. The Business Analyst & IT Vendor Administrator will handle business and technical requirements, manage IT vendor relationships, and ensure seamless integration of business applications and IT services. This position serves as a liaison between finance, operations, IT developers, and vendors.
Accounting diploma or degree, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or a similar role plus sound basic financial and accounting skills.
Strong understanding of finance management, business process analysis, system development life cycle (SDLC), and project management principles.
Experience in finance and vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business process modeling, documentation, and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with Finance Business applications, ERP systems, or other enterprise software solutions.
Prior experience in managing software procurement and licensing.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
