Job Description:
Manage general ledger, debtors, creditors, and cashbook functions
Process financial transactions through to trial balance
Reconcile and oversee intercompany loan accounts on a monthly basis
Monitor cash flow and handle payments through the FNB banking platform
Prepare and post monthly accrual journals
Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting
Oversee invoicing, receipts, and account reconciliations
Ensure accurate SARS VAT submissions and compliance
Perform general office administration and bookkeeping tasks
Skills & Experience:
8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role
Essential experience with MDA PropSys
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Sage
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Experience managing multiple entities within a group
High level of professionalism and integrity
Qualification:
A Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification is required
