Job Description
Working closely with key internal teams to resolve client issues and facilitate lead handovers
Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Continuously review and update site data during client interactions to ensure accuracy.
Capturing all relevant client data on the internal CRM platform to ensure that all relevant staff are continuously informed of updates or changes to client profiles, activities, and status
Conducting regular on-site visits to all clients within the assigned territory to strengthen relationships.
Ensuring all records are current and compliant with company standards to support accurate reporting and effective client management.
Qualifications & skills
Sales and Negotiating experience (non-negotiable)
Proficient in CRM
Must come from Fuel or Fintech industry
Knowledge of fuel retail operations and POS solutions is an advantage
