Job Purpose:

This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who can develop, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and display advertising strategies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, leading strategy within the paid media space, and collaborating with internal teams to improve campaign performance and efficiency. This is a hands-on role with a strong analytical focus but does not involve managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement high-performance paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Display Network, YouTube, Microsoft Bing, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok. Own and execute full-funnel digital advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. Ensure campaigns are structured effectively, leveraging the best audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements. Work closely with the creative and content teams to align messaging, ad creatives, and landing pages for maximum impact. Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS). Campaign & Budget Management:
Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring smart allocation of spend across high-performing channels. Monitor real-time campaign performance, making adjustments based on data insights to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and maximise efficiency. Lead media planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business KPIs. Develop retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign efficiency. Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation:
Set up tracking and measurement using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and platform-specific tracking pixels. Analyse data to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance. Provide detailed performance reports, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve advertising efficiency. Stay updated on new paid media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to keep campaigns competitive. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, content, creative teams) to ensure paid media strategies align with overall marketing objectives. Engage with advertising platforms, agencies, and vendors to leverage new opportunities and maintain best practices. Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Strong understanding of
