- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and skill.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Monitor and adjust kitchen operations as needed to meet the demands of high-volume service periods.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
- Expertise in high-end, fine-dining cuisine and a commitment to using the highest-quality ingredients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple kitchen operations efficiently.
