Property Caretaker

Description:

The caretaker is responsible for the overseeing of all, on-site operations at a residential sectional title building, as mandated by the trustees and assisted by the managing agent. Activities would include:

Service provider oversight and supervision in line with SLA’s
Overseeing of In-house services & staff
Tenants / resident liaison – addressing tenant queries and enforcing of the building’s conduct rules
Reporting to trustees
Future maintenance planning
Meter readings and assisting the managing agent with attending to meter / reading queries
Overseeing and on-site policies and procedures

Requirements:

Matric
Experience as a Property Caretaker
An understanding of sectional title communities and it’s functions
Strong communication skills
Computer and reporting literacy
Team Management skills
Maintenance handling experience
