Job & Company Description:An exhilarating opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Africa is available for a fast thinking and tech savvy professional to join our team at the Midrand branch.
The successful candidate will specialise in finding and hiring the right people to fill open roles, encompassing sourcing, attracting, interviewing and onboarding employees, while aligning with the organisation’s long-term goals within the Sub Saharan Africa region.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Talent sourcing and recruitment
- Candidate and client experience management
- Performance and process optimisation
- Diversity, equity and inclusion
As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
The requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (non-negotiable)
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in talent acquisition outside of South Africa
- Minimum 5 years solid recruitment experience on a scarce to difficult to fill positions across manufacturing
- ATS experience mandatory, and MUST be digitally savvy
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and recruiting applications
- Commitment to upholding the company’s values, including diversity and equity
