Looking for an experienced Female admin manager.

The descriptions as follows:

  • Day to day office management
  • Basic book-keeping
  • Invoicing
  • Payments
  • Answering calls and conduct good communication with the clients
  • Support and backup to company accountant
  • Sorting and filing of financial records.
  • Receive and verify funds
  • Maintain listing of accounts payable
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial files
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting with the smooth running of office systems
  • Knowledge of stock management
  • Basic HR (personal files, Monthly payrolls)
  • Dealing with insurance and the claims
  • Ad hoc letters and other ad hoc document requests.
  • Data capturing
  • Will be reporting to the General manager

        • Excellent administration skills, efficient and methodical with strong attention to detail
        • Strong time management and planning skills and able to prioritize in a flexible manner
        • Work well under pressure
        • Strong numerically
        • Strong work ethics
        • Must be able to adapt to and implement systems
        • Minimum of 3 -5 years’ work experience
        • Non-smoker (preferable)
        • Driver’s license
