Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Software Developer proficient in TypeScript , React , Meteor.js , GraphQL , and MongoDB to manage and contribute to our cutting-edge insurance recovery platform. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and user-centric software solutions that meet the unique challenges of the insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to develop, maintain, and enhance our core insurance recovery platform using TypeScript , React , Meteor.js, GraphQL , and MongoDB .
- Collaborate with stake holders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Design and optimise database schemas and queries for performance and reliability.
- Ensure code quality through robust typing, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Expertise in Meteor.js and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency with GraphQL and MongoDB , including schema design and query optimisation.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with Git and version control workflows.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Prior experience developing applications for the insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest) and best practices for test-driven development (TDD).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms ( AWS ).
