Description:

Hire Resolve's client , an accredited training service provider based in KwaZulu-Natal, is currently seeking a Project Administrator for a 6-month contract at their Umhlanga Ridge, Durban location.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the accreditation project from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of accreditation documentation.
  • Prepare for internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant institutes and standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project administration or management, preferably in a compliance or accreditation environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certification in ISO standards or quality management systems is an advantage.
